Melissa Moyer
Owner and Trainer
Melissa is a motivating fitness professional with a focus on creating a welcoming and positive environment for all fitness levels. Melissa has a Bachelors of Science in Public Health and has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since April 2021 and owned Evolve since May 2024! Melissa believes exercise is not one size fits all and will partner closely to find what works for you to stay committed and have fun!

Sam Pratt
Coach and Trainer
Sam received her training certification through NASM in 2024 and joined the Evolve team shortly after. Her training style incorporates functional strength movements and core exercises to allow clients to move freely, comfortably, and pain-free in their everyday lives. Sam believes that improving your fitness abilities is a form of self-care.

Courtney Flynn
Trainer
Courtney received her certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2019 and has been at Evolve since 2022! Her training style incorporates functional strength and resistance training. She has her clients focus on muscle growth, functional development of strength and control, and overall progressive overload.

Angelina Howe
Coach and Trainer
Angelina is a registered nurse and NASM certified personal trainer certified in corrective exercise as well as pre and post natal coaching, and joined Evolve in 2023! Angelina is joining our team with the goal of motivating people to push outside their comfort zone and choose fitness as a lifestyle rather than seeing it as a chore. She aims to help others feel good about themselves and sustain a long-term quality of life.

Jonathan LaRocca
Coach and Trainer
Jonathan has his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo and is a stretch therapist and joined the Evolve team in 2024! With his work at StretchLab and background in rehabilitation, Jonathan has always had a passion for helping people improve their overall wellbeing and quality of life through exercise. His training style incorporates building strength through mobility based resistance training.

Jill Ahrens
Coach
Jill was an active member of Evolve attending classes and utilizing open gym until she received her certification in January 2025 and joined the team! Jill currently teaches Full Body 40 on Wednesdays and is known for her spicy workouts that leave you sore but also wanting more!

What I love most about Evolve Buffalo is that it’s more than just a gym—it’s its own little community. Everyone you meet is there to support you and cheer you on, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Hannah Floss
Coach
Hannah was an open gym member of Evolve before joining our coaching staff in July of 2024! Specializing in slow flow yoga, you can find Hannah every Sunday morning emphasizing on increasing range of motion, strengthening core muscles and focusing on the breath

Cam Bryant
Coach
Cam has her Bachelor’s degree in Health Kinesiology and Master’s degree in Sports Pedagogy from Baylor University.
She was a student-athlete on Baylor’s 10x National Champion Acrobatics & Tumbling team from 2016–2021. She believes fitness should be empowering and fun. Whether you're just starting out or pushing for new goals, Cam is ready to guide and challenge you every step of the way. LETS GOOO!

Reba Allen
Trainer
Reba is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer and aspiring Yoga Teacher and has been a part of the Evolve team since 2022! Reba’s goal is to empower her clients with a knowledgeable foundation upon which to unfurl their own wellness journey [and enjoy the process]. She believes that cultivating an exercise discipline is a celebration of what our bodies are capable of. That exercise is a great gift, and every workout is an opportunity to know more about oneself.
