  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    In efforts to keep our clients accountable, our personal training offerings are “membership” based & are billed on a recurring 28 day cycle. We also offer the option to pay per session. For private training sessions only, we also offer a 5 pack and 10 pack of sessions.

    Sessions are 45 minutes long. All new clients must complete an Initial Training Assessment prior to booking any future training sessions.

    Initial Assessment: $30

    PRIVATE:

    1 Session/Week: $193 per 4 week cycle

    2 Sessions/Week: $379 per 4 week cycle

    3 Sessions/Week: $569 per 4 week cycle

    5 Pack: $255

    10 Pack: $500

    Single Session: $52

    SEMI-PRIVATE (Up to 3 Clients):

    1 Session/Week: $152 per 4 week cycle

    2 Sessions/Week: $296 per 4 week cycle

    3 Sessions/Week: $432 per 4 week cycle

    Single Session: $40

  • GROUP CLASSES

    We offer an unlimited monthly class membership that also includes free open gym!

    We also offer 5 & 10 class packages. or the option to “drop in”, or pay per class.

    All packages expire 1 year from purchase.

    UNLIMITED MONTHLY (+ free open gym): $155

    5 Class Package: $98.75

    10 Class Package: $187.50

    “Drop-In” Class: $24

  • Open Gym Membership

    Open Gym Memberships grant members access to our facilities between the hours of 4am & 11pm. There are no billing contracts & you may cancel any time, but please give us 48 hours notice before your next billing cycle.

    Open Gym Memberships: $22/month

    Open Gym Day Pass: $8
