  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    In efforts to keep our clients accountable, our personal training offerings are “membership” based & are billed on a recurring 28 day cycle. We also offer the option to pay per session.

    Sessions are 45 minutes long. All new clients must complete an Initial Training Assessment prior to booking any future training sessions.

    Initial Assessment: $30

    PRIVATE:

    1 Session/Week: $185 per 4 week cycle

    2 Sessions/Week: $375 per 4 week cycle

    3 Sessions/Week: $565 per 4 week cycle

    Single Session: $50

    SEMI-PRIVATE (Up to 3 Clients):

    1 Session/Week: $150 per 4 week cycle

    2 Sessions/Week: $288 per 4 week cycle

    3 Sessions/Week: $420 per 4 week cycle

    Single Session: $38

  • GROUP CLASSES

    We offer an unlimited monthly class membership along with 5 & 10 class packages. We also offer the option to “drop in”, or pay per class.

    All packages expire 1 year from purchase.

    UNLIMITED MONTHLY: $150

    5 Class Package: $95

    10 Class Package: $180

    “Drop-In” Class: $22

  • Open Gym Membership

    Open Gym Memberships grant members access to our facilities between the hours of 4am & 11pm. There are no billing contracts & you may cancel any time, but please give us 48 hours notice before your next billing cycle.

    Please be aware of our class schedule & that equipment & space may be more scarce during these times.

    Open Gym Memberships: $20/month

    Please note, the facility is accessible through access code only. After you purchase a membership, an email will be sent to you detailing your specific code. Be sure to check the email you signed up with (including spam folder)!
