    Reba Allen

Reba is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer and aspiring Yoga Teacher.

Inspired by her work with pain management via manual therapy, she has spent much of the last decade exploring the connection between repetitive motion patterns, chronic pain, and the way that intentional movement and strength training can provide the bedrock for long-term well-being in body and mind. Years of low activity, increasingly poor diet and stress kicked off her own determination to carve out a lifestyle that was nurturing and sustainable. It was through this process of rebuilding that she discovered the explanations for why physical activity makes people feel so good and felt compelled to help others embrace their strength.

Reba’s goal is to empower her clients with a knowledgeable foundation upon which to unfurl their own wellness journey [and enjoy the process]. She believes that cultivating an exercise discipline is a celebration of what our bodies are capable of. That exercise is a great gift, and every workout is an opportunity to know more about oneself.

  • Alex Kaufman

β€œMy interests include eating, hiking, and interesting conversation. I believe a good entree can be a truly spiritual experience - a healthy, balanced lifestyle does NOT mean you have to strip the taste out of life. I have been training for 7 years, in a variety of environments with populations of all kinds. I ran a program sponsored by Livestrong where I offered fitness training and education to people diagnosed with cancer, and had varying stages of physical limitations and levels of pain. I believe fitness is imperative to a complete and fulfilling existence, and love nothing more than to impart that to people.”
