    Personal Training

    New to fitness? Wanting to work on a very specific goal? Need some guidance but aren’t a group class type of person? Personal training is your best bet. Your trainer will work with you to develop a customized training plan based on your individual needs & goals. We offer both one-on-one private training as well as semi-private training of groups of up to 4. Every new personal training client must book an initial assessment so that you & your trainer can get a better idea of what your training plan will look like.

    Group Classes

    Looking to work out but want to make some friends along the way? Want to make fitness a part of you & a friend’s weekly routine? Give our group classes a shot. High-energy, great playlists, & a knowledgable trainer cheering you on & assisting you with form the whole time. Our classes are suitable for every level of fitness, & newcomers can take advantage of our first week free trial offer.

    Open Gym

    If you’re more of a solo workout person, our open gym membership might be your cup of tea. A private gym with zero public access, so you won’t find yourself waiting for a squat rack or having a stranger staring at you here. Your unique access code gives you access to the gym during member hours - 4:30am to 11pm. Our gym is equipped with an array of dumbbells & kettlebells, flat & adjustable benches, two squat racks, barbells, a hex bar, a functional trainer/cable machine, two air bikes, a rower, treadmill, turf with a sled, stability balls, wall balls, TRX suspension trainers, plyo boxes, steppers, resistance bands, hip thrust benches, & probably a few more things we forgot to mention here :)

    Please note, open gym will be closed during class times to ensure a positive experience for all members.

    Open gym is 18 years and up.

  • Compression Recovery Sessions

    Evolve is pleased to offer self-administered Compression Recovery Sessions! Participants will have the choice of whole leg boots, single whole arm wrap, or low back wrap in intervals of 15- 30 minutes. 

    Compression Recovery can be utilized pre or post workout to help stimulate recovery through pulse compression. This can assist with improved circulation, assist with mobility, reduce inflammation, prevent muscle soreness/ stiffness, improve training through the stimulation of blood flow, and inspire shorter recovery time for our hard working muscles! Not to mention it feels great and relaxing!

    There are medical contraindications that would make a compression session not suitable for some individuals, refer to our waiver RE Compression Session Liability Waiver  for more information on this and prior to use.
