To get started, all new personal training clients begin with a fun and friendly assessment. It’s a great way for you and your trainer to get to know each other and map out the perfect plan for your success!

Expect high energy, amazing playlists, and a supportive trainer who's there to motivate you and help with form every step of the way. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels—so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, you’ll feel right at home.

Open Gym.
Prefer to do your own thing?
If solo workouts are more your style, our open gym membership might be just what you're looking for! Our private gym has zero public access—so no crowds, no waiting for equipment, and no awkward stares. Just you, your workout, and a space that’s all yours (well, kind of 😉).
With your own unique access code, you can hit the gym anytime during member hours: 4:30am to 11pm. We've packed the space with all the good stuff—dumbbells, kettlebells, squat racks, barbells, benches, a cable machine, cardio gear, turf with a sled, TRX, resistance bands, and a whole bunch more. Honestly, it's a fitness playground.
Just a quick heads up: open gym is closed during class times to keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone. And it’s 18+ only.

Nutrition Counseling
The goal is to innovate, educate, and empower—providing you with the tools necessary to reach your goals and create lasting change. With expertise in medical nutrition therapy (MNT), you’ll benefit from evidence-based nutritional guidance and behavioral counseling designed to help prevent or manage medical conditions effectively.
This approach is all about offering support in an approachable and sustainable way. You'll leave your first consultation with actionable tools and have access to helpful follow-ups when needed.

Compression Recovery
Evolve is pleased to offer self-administered Compression Recovery Sessions! Participants will have the choice of whole leg boots, single whole arm wrap, or low back wrap in intervals of 15- 30 minutes.
Compression Recovery can be utilized pre or post workout to help stimulate recovery through pulse compression. This can assist with improved circulation, assist with mobility, reduce inflammation, prevent muscle soreness/ stiffness, improve training through the stimulation of blood flow, and inspire shorter recovery time for our hard working muscles! Not to mention it feels great and relaxing!
There are medical contraindications that would make a compression session not suitable for some individuals, refer to our waiver RE Compression Session Liability Waiver for more information on this and prior to use.
