Build strength, confidence, and resilience with our Full Body Strength class designed around the principles of progressive overload.
This class targets all major muscle groups using compound and isolation exercises that gradually increase in intensity over time. Exercises will change ever four weeks, really allowing you time to practice and see real time results with the support of your trainer!

Strength starts at the center. This mat-based class focuses on deep core activation through low-impact, intentional movement. Using bodyweight exercises, breathing techniques, and posture-focused work, you’ll build stability, improve balance, and support your entire body—without high-intensity strain.
